The HF Western Federation is an all encompassing association for a wide variety of western disciplines. you will find in the class list the following classes.
Working Western (Reining, Cutting, Working Cow and Reined Cow classes)
Pleasure (Western Pleasure, Trail, Horsemanship)
Working Equitation
Western Dressage
Gymkhana
Roping
Ranch Classes
There will be different divisions suitable for a variety of breeds to compete and give each a fair chance at doing well.
Stock Breed Division (QH, Appies, Paints, etc)
Gaited Breeds (Saddlebreds, Pasos, Morgans, Marchadors)
Arabians/Half Arabians
Pony Division (Quarter Pony, POA, Paint Pony, etc)
Other Breeds Division (for breeds that don't fit into one of the above catagories.
